Born To Fly provides paragliding and related adventure services through borntofly.co.in. Our contact location is Counter No. 02, Dobhi, Kullu–Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India.

We operate directly in Dobhi and work with partner teams for activities in Solang Valley and Bir Billing.

02INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Booking information: selected activity, preferred date, number of flyers, optional extras, booking references and payment status.
• Participant information: flyer names, ages and body weights requested for activity planning and suitability assessment.
• Communications: messages, enquiries, feedback and information you choose to share with us.
• Technical information: information generated when accessing the website, such as IP address, browser information and security or server logs.

If a relevant health or accessibility concern needs to be discussed, contact our team privately. Please do not send unnecessary medical records or identity documents through general enquiry forms.

04WHEN INFORMATION IS SHARED

Information may be shared where necessary with the pilot, operational team or partner operator arranging your chosen activity. We may also use providers for website hosting, email delivery, communications and payment processing.

Relevant information may be disclosed where required by law, to address fraud or security concerns, or to assist with an emergency. Sharing should be limited to what is needed for the relevant purpose.

Third-party services may process information outside India. Their handling of information is also subject to their own policies and applicable law.

05PAYMENTS

Where online payment is available, the payment provider identified during checkout processes the payment information entered through its service. We may receive transaction references, payment status and details needed to manage your booking.

Do not send card security codes, UPI PINs, passwords or one-time passwords through our enquiry forms, email or WhatsApp.

06COOKIES & EMBEDDED CONTENT

Website features may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain booking sessions, remember preferences and support security.

Pages containing Google Maps, Google reviews through Trustindex, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube content may connect to those providers. Loading or interacting with embedded content can share technical information and may allow those services to use cookies under their own policies.

07PHOTOS & FLIGHT VIDEOS

If you select a recording service, photographs or video may be captured and processed to provide that service. Delivery arrangements will be explained by the team.

Purchasing a video or participating in an activity does not by itself authorise us to use identifiable images of you in advertising. Separate permission should be obtained for promotional use.

Contact us if you have a concern about an image or video appearing on a channel we control.

08RETENTION & SECURITY

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including booking administration, required financial records, complaint handling and applicable legal obligations.

We aim to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10CHILDREN & OTHER PARTICIPANTS

Bookings involving a minor must be handled by a parent or legal guardian, with the permissions and verification required by applicable law. Participation remains subject to the activity's suitability requirements.

When providing information about another participant, ensure you have permission to do so and share this policy with them.
