01ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms apply to services offered through Born To Fly at borntofly.co.in, together with the activity description and specific terms supplied before your booking is confirmed.

Born To Fly operates directly in Dobhi. Activities in Solang Valley and Bir Billing are arranged with partner teams. The operating arrangements relevant to your activity should be confirmed before booking.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

02ENQUIRIES & BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Sending an enquiry, expressing interest or submitting a preferred date does not guarantee availability. Check your booking confirmation for the activity, date, participant details, payment status and any outstanding requirements.

Please contact us if information is incorrect or if a payment has been deducted without a clear booking confirmation. Keep your booking and transaction references.

A person making a group booking must have authority to provide participant details and communicate the relevant terms to the group.

03PRICES, INCLUSIONS & PAYMENT

Prices are quoted in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Check whether the price is per person or per group and review the inclusions, optional extras and any applicable charges before paying.

GoPro video, photographs, hotel pickup and other extras are included only when expressly stated in your selected package or written confirmation.

Any deposit, remaining balance and payment due date must be stated before payment. A deposit is part of the booking price unless expressly identified otherwise.

Offers may change for future bookings. Changes to an already confirmed booking must be communicated and handled in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

04PARTICIPANT INFORMATION & SUITABILITY

Provide accurate names, ages, body weights and other information requested for your chosen activity. Inform the team privately about relevant medical conditions, recent injuries or accessibility needs.

Eligibility depends on the activity, equipment, operating conditions and the team's assessment. Do not assume that booking alone confirms suitability. Seek medical advice if you are unsure whether an activity is appropriate for you.

Minors require a parent or legal guardian's involvement and permission, and must meet the applicable activity requirements.

05SAFETY & CONDUCT

• Attend the briefing and follow the pilot's instructions.
• Use the required equipment as directed.
• Wear suitable clothing and secure footwear.
• Do not participate while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
• Do not interfere with equipment or operational decisions.
• Tell the team immediately if you feel unwell or uncomfortable.

The operating team may delay, modify or refuse an activity where there is a reasonable safety concern. Any financial consequences will be considered under the disclosed booking terms and applicable law; refusal does not automatically mean all payments are forfeited.

06WEATHER, DURATION & ROUTES

Wind, visibility, rain, airspace restrictions and other operational factors may affect whether an activity proceeds and how it is conducted.

Advertised flying times are approximate. Actual airtime, take-off timing and routes depend on conditions and the pilot's assessment. Total activity time also includes preparation, transfers and possible waiting.

Photographs and videos illustrate experiences and locations; they do not guarantee identical views, conditions, flight paths or manoeuvres.

07CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation charges, rescheduling conditions and refund arrangements for your selected activity must be communicated before payment. Ask for written clarification if these are not clear.

To request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference, activity date and the name used for the booking.

If weather or operational issues prevent the activity, we will explain the available alternatives and the refund position under your booking terms and applicable law. A replacement date is subject to availability and your agreement.

Where a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and expected processing time. Payment-provider processing may affect when it reaches your account. No blanket “non-refundable” rule is created by this page.

08ARRIVAL & TRANSFERS

Follow the meeting point and reporting time in your booking confirmation. For Dobhi activities, confirm arrangements with our team at Counter No. 02, Dobhi, Kullu–Manali.

Allow time for road traffic and contact us if you expect to be late. Late arrival may affect availability. Any rescheduling charge must follow the terms disclosed before booking.

Hotel pickup and travel to the meeting point are separate from take-off transfers unless your package expressly includes them.

09PARTNER ACTIVITIES & UPCOMING SERVICES

Where a partner team operates an activity, we will identify the relevant arrangements and any additional terms before confirmation. This does not remove Born To Fly's responsibilities under applicable law.

Pages marked “coming soon”, “in planning” or similar are informational. Expressing interest in a course or expedition does not reserve a place or create a confirmed departure.

10PHOTOS, VIDEOS & PERSONAL ITEMS

Confirm recording options, charges and delivery arrangements before the activity. If a purchased recording is missing or unusable, contact us so the issue and appropriate remedy can be assessed.

Taking part does not automatically give permission for your identifiable image to be used in our advertising.

Secure personal items as instructed. Ask the team before carrying or using a phone, camera or other loose object during the activity.

11RISK & RESPONSIBILITY

Paragliding, trekking and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including injury. Briefings, equipment and operational precautions reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.

You may be asked to complete a separate activity acknowledgement or participant declaration. Read it carefully and ask questions before signing.

These terms do not exclude liability for negligence, fraud or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not waive your statutory consumer rights.

12WEBSITE, PRIVACY & DISPUTES

Website content belongs to Born To Fly or its respective rights holders. Do not reproduce it commercially without permission. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are subject to those providers' terms.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent consumer forum, regulator or court. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, without restricting rights available under mandatory law.

Updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a confirmed booking.
